About the Role:

TD SYNNEX is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Continuity (BC) Analyst to join the Global Business Continuity Management (BCM) Team. Operating within the Global Business Continuity Management and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) department, under the Chief Business Officer, this team aims to build and sustain organizational resiliency by implementing measures to protect our co-workers and global operations. The Analyst role will support all areas of the Business Continuity Management Program including implementation, awareness, and training. Furthermore, you will work directly with business leaders and subject matter experts to help them prepare for, anticipate, and manage operational risk by completing the following activities: assessing potential impacts and developing recovery procedures for critical business functions across the globe. In addition, the BCM team works closely with core back office functions supporting crisis management. While the BCM team collaborates with IT Disaster Recovery, it's important to note that this role is not an IT function.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify and prioritize potential threats to critical business

  • Develop business continuity plans outlining clear and detailed recovery procedures

  • Conduct regular testing and exercises to validate plan effectiveness

  • Participate in awareness and training programs

  • Stay current on BC practices and trends in the industry

  • Provide expert guidance to internal stakeholders

  • Maintain business continuity tools

  • Support in preparation on reporting and updates to executives and governance bodies

  • Conduct research, analysis, organize findings, and build presentations

  • Other projects or tasks as may be assigned

  • Support live incidents when required

  • Meet attendance and punctuality standards

  • Perform annual self-audit and review against International Standard ISO 22301:2019

What We're Looking For:

  • 1 to 3 Years of relevant work experience

  • Knowledge of business continuity and/or operational risk is desired

  • Bilingualism (English/Spanish) is desired

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to connect the dots and communicate the big picture

  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion efficiently and effectively

  • Ability to multi-task productively and reliably, while remaining flexible and adaptable to conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead a variety of activities

  • Able to execute instructions, and request clarification when needed

  • Proven ability to analyze verbal and written data into clear, concise writing

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to discuss, document and confirm process flows with a diverse audience clearly and comprehensively

  • Able to be creative and assertive in a collaborative environment, offering solutions and working constructively with team members

  • Being able to maintain composure and professionalism under stressful and high-pressure situations when faced with demanding workloads and deadlines

  • Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle delicate situations with discretion

  • Able to quickly learn new systems and technology

  • Capability of developing and maintaining effective and trusting work relationships with globally diverse business co-workers
