Position Overview:

As A Business Data Owner the primary purpose of this role is to take ownership of the product data lifecycle within the designated business expertise area. This includes determining when, what, how, and why a product should be created, ensuring data integrity, and strategically leveraging product data to align with organizational objectives.

The role involves establishing and enforcing data governance policies, collaborating with stakeholders, and translating business needs into effective data strategies.

Key responsibilities:

• Owner of Product Master Data in their BU knowledge

• Oversee and manage product data integrity and ensure its strategic utilization

• Establish data governance policies, standards, and procedures for specific business product data

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align data management strategies with organizational objectives

• Resolve conflicts related to data definitions and usage, across BUs, vendors and countries

What we are looking for:

• >5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience

• >1 to 3 Years of experience directly managing / supervising employees

• Professional proficiency in English is a MUST

• Able to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.

• Able to interact effectively (managers & above.) negotiating and selling ideas persuasively.

• Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive with high levels of management
