Job purpose:

The Cloud Operations team supports our \u201CNext Generation\u201D Business Units to make products available via e-commerce platforms, invoice partners and provide guidance for after sale operations. The team is located in our Barcelona Shared Service Center and supports TD SYNNEX's Local Entities and Partners across the EMEA region.\u00A0

The Cloud Marketplace and Process Analyst will work within the Product to Market unit of the Cloud Operations Team and will have multiple responsibilities:

The Analyst \u00A0will be involved in onboarding new vendors within TD SYNNEX's distribution portrfolio by assessing the best procurement and provisioning processes and integrating them within TD SYNNEX e-commerce and SAP systems. In relation to this activity, the Analyst \u00A0will work closely with TD SYNNEX internal departments – including but not limited to finance, compliance and IT - to ensure appropriate documentation and coordination of new processes.

Moreover, the Analyst \u00A0will own and coordinate product and e-commerce maintenance activities on a daily basis that include Products & Price updates, Content & Promotion Management and UAT testing for TD SYNNEX e-commerce platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define and document with Vendors the most efficient e-commerce procurement processes for their products

  • Integrate Vendor products within TD SYNNEX e-commerce and SAP systems

  • Cooperate with IT and business to ensure functionality of TD SYNNEX e-commerce platforms

  • Perform daily maintenance tasks related to Products & Price Updates

  • Perform daily maintenance tasks related to Content & Promotion Management within TD SYNNEX e-commerce platforms

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Solid understanding of e-commerce

  • Experience in data handling, analysis and in generating reports in Excel

  • SAP knowledge and work experience

  • Experience in managing distant or virtual teams in a service desk environment preferred

  • Exceptional written and oral communication plus presentation skills in English are mandatory, additional European languages being a plus

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in Software Licensing, Support, or Customer Service functions definite advantage

  • IT Channel experience with Pan European distributors or Software vendors definite advantage

  • Solid understanding of vendor dynamics within the Software as a Service distribution channel definite advantage
