Job Description

We are opening a Credit manager role in the 4-member Credit controlling team! An international environment supporting the East Europe region, a high degree of independence and participation in regional projects are key factors that we can include for interested candidates

Job purpose:

  • Orientation to the international environment - support of countries within the EAST Europe region

  • Management of credit limits and maturities provided to business partners

  • Communication with business managers and headquarters for the EMEA region

  • Analyzing the creditworthiness of dealers and deciding on the financial conditions provided within the scope of the delegated authority

  • Preparation of collateral documents (contracts, promissory notes)

  • Management of the receivables portfolio (maintenance of the receivables insurance agenda, negotiations with the receivables insurance company regarding individual insurance limits)

What we expect from you:

  • University, or Secondary school education with relevant experience in the field of credit risk management financial awareness (knowledge of interest rates, time value of money, ...),

  • experience with credit controlling - with financial analysis of accounting statements, with receivables portfolio management

  • legal awareness in the area of \u200B\u200Bsecuring receivables (support in EAST countries will be provided by local legal representatives)

  • knowledge of MS Office - very good knowledge of EXCEL

  • verbal and written communication skills in English (you will communicate in English on a daily basis)

  • systematicity, high level of responsibility, independence

  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage

How does the recruitment process looks like:

  • We start with a phone call with HR for about 30 minutes

  • If we are mutually sympathetic, then we will invite you to the office in Prague - Chodov - relevant for Czech candidate - for a personal meeting over good coffee, where you will meet directly with the manager and go in depth about 'day to day tasks' and your experiences. For candidates from other countries we will organize online meeting.
