About the role:

As a Dell Technical Presales Consultant you will primarily be working with the Business Development Managers, with the partner base, and sales organization on defining solutions and projects.

What you'll do:

• Ability to support the design of vendor solutions to meet customer requirements in Norway.

• Provision of an outstanding quality of service and meet predefined customer service level agreements (SLAs)

• Respond quickly to queries or customer care issues.

• Communicate product and technology information to educate internal and external audiences.

• Deal with product/solution enquiries from internal/external sales and resellers.

What we're kindly looking for:

• Fluent in English and Norwegian.

• 3+ Years of relevant work experience working with Dell ISG (Server/Storage) or HPE or Lenovo (Server/Storage).

• Good communication and customer service skills are essential.

• Certified in Dell ISG and/or multiple vendors

• IT industry knowledge – Channel, Vendors, Competition and End User is desirable but not mandatory.
