Job Description



Purpose



Responsible for the planning and execution of day-to-day and period-end Treasury activities including managing the company’s cash flow forecast, ensuring compliance with company, department, and audit standards to maximize the protection of the company’s cash assets, ensuring compliance with the company’s debt indenture requirements, and managing relationships with the company’s banking partners and syndication leaders
Create the vision, strategy, and standards by which the Treasury department provides leadership and value to the organization
Manages all banking needs


Primary Functions and Essential Responsibilities


• Identify opportunities and implement treasury-related business process improvements

• Manage compliance with ABL and Bond Indenture covenant requirements

• Manage SOFR contracts, interest payments and interest accrual

• Manage the company’s corporate credit card program including administering the Concur expense reporting tool

• Develop equipment leasing strategies aligned to company’s cash flow and EBITDA goals

• Review, approve and release electronic disbursements

• Develop and support treasury policies, procedures, and controls

• Support special projects and acquisitions as assigned

• Lead the treasury month-end close process including the review and accurate recording of weekly cash activity to the general ledger

• Supervise maintenance and update signatories on every bank account

• Oversee the monthly reconciliation of all company bank accounts

• Initiate or Review and approval wire payments

• Daily cash positioning and reporting
• Troubleshoot daily transaction issues

• Ensure proper controls exist over cash receipts, disbursements, and general treasury activities

• Oversee 13-week cash forecast and variance reporting

• Maintain strong bank relationships

• Leverage existing banking relationships to open, manage, maintain, and close bank accounts

• Monitor and oversee existing bank account services and signatories including bank account administration for opening, migrating, and closing accounts

• Evaluate and recommend banking products, services, and platforms as appropriate

• Effectively work with and support internal business partners including AR, AP, legal, tax and IT
• Work with internal and external auditors

• Manage corporate card, ACH debits and credit card vendor payments

• Develop, monitor, and upgrade treasury department budget




Reporting Relationships:


• Position reports to: CFO

• Position(s) supervised: treasury analyst


Qualifications Education:


• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required


Relevant Certifications:


• CTP
• CPA
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Knowledge Required:


• Excellent communication skills in dealing with internal and external customers and business partners

• Strong analytical, financial and systems skills, including advanced spreadsheet and modeling skills

• Strong experience with bank reconciliations
• Knowledge of banking systems and experience with wire and ACH templates is a plus

• Self-motivation and attention to detail

Experience Required:


• 5+ years of accounting and/or treasury experience
