Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant

Location: Northville, MI

The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support and assistance to several team members in the Office of Strategic Execution (OSE). The Executive Administrative Assistant manages the OSE’s leaders schedules, coordinates travel arrangements, and performs administrative and clerical tasks to assist the team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Arranges travel and accommodations for several OSE leaders and other staff as needed globally and domestically.
  • Maintains Outlook Calendars and schedules meetings.
  • Receives incoming communications (mail, e-mail, fax, etc.) on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
  • Manages the expenses system in a timely manner.
  • Performs administrative tasks including letters, memos, invoices, reports, PowerPoint presentations and other documents.
  • Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
  • Files, maintains, and retrieves corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

Education:  Associate’s Degree is required.  Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience providing administrative support to executive-level leaders.
