About the Role:

Corporate Communications, Mergers & Acquisitions, Real Estate, Strategic Planning and Procurement . . . Our Business Operations team is a diverse and dedicated team focused on supporting all areas of our business. What You'll Do:

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the physical facility.
• Ensure a safe and organized work environment.
• Perform maintenance duties, such as HVAC, electrical projects, general plumbing repairs, spot painting, and light construction.
• Schedules, oversees, or performs routine preventative maintenance and major repairs. Verifies final repair for quality and completes documentation.
• Collaborate with maintenance technicians, vendors and external contractors on building and equipment repairs.
• Maintains accurate inventory of all maintenance supplies and stocking levels.
• Operate site equipment using hand and power tools as needed.
• Maintain documentation, including power diagrams, network diagrams, and floorplans.
• Assist with furniture related tasks including disassembly, installs, repairs, and internal desk/office moves.
• Assist when needed for set up and dismantling events, including moving tables and organizing parking areas.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong background in facility management.
• Proficiency in performing general maintenance and repair. Knowledgeable of general facility maintenance/repair for electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
• Experienced background in HVAC preferred.
• Basic knowledge of power diagrams, network diagrams, and floorplans. Experience in maintaining /updating documentation a plus.
• Ability to assist in events setup, including moving tables and organizing parking.
• Able to handle heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) and engage in prolonged standing and bending.
• High school diploma or GED.
