Tenneco/DRiV is currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of HR Officer based in Kontich, Belgium.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Sr HR Manager, HR business partners, and employees in Kontich
• Manage HR administration tasks, including mail triage, filing, etc.
• Handle onboarding, promotions, and SuccessFactors registration for new hires and changes
• Provide ad hoc support to the HR team
• Manage government support requests for training hours (Vlaams Opleidingsverlof)
• Support wellbeing policy implementation and liaise with external service (IDEWE)

Qualifications:

• University degree
• 2-3 years of experience in HR
• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Familiarity with Protime suite, MS Office, e-Blox
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Understanding of employment and social law
