Job Description

Assist Industrial Engineers in the Molded Rubber Value Stream with a variety of projects to include but not limited to:

  • Setup Reduction – MR currently performs 14,000 hours of machine setups annually – we’re looking for a 20% reduction, but conservatively estimating a 10% reduction.
  • Operator Training Guide – create a training document to be used in training new hires on operating equipment.
  • Quality Criteria Handbook – establish a documented handbook of part quality criteria for all team members to be able to refer to and follow.

Required Skills

  • Ability to work in a fast paced/dynamic environment.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team setting.
  • Strong analytical skills and motivation.
  • Excellent verbal, writing, and presentation skills.
  • AutoCAD or similar a plus.

Required Experience

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
