Job Purpose:\u00A0\u00A0

• In charge of Management Logistics Department.

• Responsible for purchasing, importing and exporting goods to support Sales smoothly.

• Supervising of transportation companies to import and export goods.

• Leading the team as a backup of Logistics Manager

Responsibilities:

• Making arrangements for import and export of goods and overseeing the delivery of goods are part of the responsibilities of an import/ export manager.

• Import-Export Managers function as intermediaries for organizations and individuals importing from or exporting to various geographical locations.

• Being charged with responsibility for ensuring that goods are safely and efficiently transported.

• Making sure that cost-effective measures are taken into account.

• Depending on the type of goods and the customers' needs, import /export managers will be required to organize the best means of transport, be it by air, road, rail or ship.

• Being responsible for planning transport routes and means

• Being required to research the best transportation means, routes and any special requirements in the handling and care of goods under transport.

• Ensuring that goods are packaged appropriately.

• Being responsible for negotiating contracts for transportation and handling.

• Being responsible to obtaining, preparing and checking all necessary documents required to ensure that the documents meet the requirements of national customs authorities or any other regulatory body.

• Overseeing the delivery of goods in accordance with customer specifications and ensures that deadlines are met.

• Taking responsibility for dealing with all third parties involved in the operation as well.

• as makes and collects payments.

• Willing to take job rotation and business travel when there is reasonable business requirement and/or being requested by Logistics Director and Country General Manager.

• Review shipping fee and import tax on details of Business Results form for sales team before salesman sign contract with partner for some lines card.

• Keep track and push vendors to deliver order on schedule.

• Update backlog shipment to Operation Manager every week.

• Book cargo and follow up shipping status for oversea shipments.

• Prepare needed documents for custom clearance and prepare shipping document to apply quality certificate for each shipment from different line card before customs office release the shipment.

• Keep track shipments transport from Port/Airports to TD SYNNEX Warehouse

• Inspect all Services Custom Fees provided by 3rd PL and associated importation fee every week.

• Keep track and collect all importation document from 3PL and hand over to Accounting every week.

• Follow up and keep track shipments from Logistic group.

• Check and follow up all product if it needs to test quality based on Circular - 04/2016/BTTTT and 74/2018/BTTTT and prepare needed documents for requested products included in the list from Circular. \u00A0Make payment to associated fees related to certificates every week or every month.

• Keep track C/O for all shipment and provide import document of each shipment to salesman when the goods shipped out of TD SYNNEX warehouse.

• Inspect all warehouse Fees provided by 3rd PL every month.

• Monitoring all warehouse transaction of warehouse staff (Nhut) together for backup purpose and solve any issued relating to inbound and outbound goods to our partner.

• Keep track and double check inventory against every day.

• Estimate and follow up the local transportation fee.

• Help warehouse staff resolve delivery issues in local for all order.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Solid knowledge about relevant law and realistic practices

• At least 10 years in working experience with good 5 years of experience in management position.

• Preferable with good experience in import/export for IT products. Hard working and ability to work for a long time with company.

• High sense of responsibility

• Ability to lead self and lead others.

• Ability to support and provide team members with efficient advice and guidance.

• Strong problem-solving skill with positive mindset, tendency to obtain win-win solution when working with many third parties and sales teams.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

• Proactive, creative mindset

• Ability to handle sensitive situations quickly.

• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

• Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills

• Strong communication skill and interpersonal skill, with ability to communicate pertinent points effectively and clearly in order to reach communication objectives quickly.
