What You'll Do

  • \u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Perform maintenance tasks to uphold safe and reliable facility operations.

  • \u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Execute scheduled preventative maintenance and thoroughly document repair outcomes.

  • \u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Maintain equipment, facility, and grounds appearance.

  • \u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Update maintenance records using computerized systems.

  • \u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues, and conduct necessary repairs or replacements.

  • \u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Collaborate with team and operations members, to resolve maintenance issues and improve processes.

  • \u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Supports new or modified electrical power installations and/or component replacements.

  • \u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Perform a wide variety of basic construction trades functions.

  • \u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Coordinates and supports facility wide recycling initiatives.

  • \u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance operations.

  • \u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Identify opportunities for process improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

  • \u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Stay up to date with industry trends, innovative technologies, and maintenance best practices.

    What We're Looking For

  • \u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0High school diploma/equivalent; additional technical certifications or trade school education.

  • \u00A0\u00A0 \u00A03-5+ years' relevant work experience in industrial or commercial maintenance environment.

  • \u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in a similar role or industry.

  • \u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Must have training or equivalent basic AC/DC electrical knowledge. Certifications a plus.

  • \u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Powered industrial trucks experience a plus (Operating and/or repair.)

  • \u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. Millwright experience a plus.

  • \u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Proficient in using hand/power tools, diagnostic equipment.

  • \u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Ability to comprehend technical manuals, documents, specifications, and schematics.

  • \u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • \u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Detail orientated with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • \u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Effective communication and people skills for collaborating with team members.

  • \u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Possess computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, CMMS, and other business applications.

  • \u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Physically able to stand, climb ladders, crouch, crawl, and lift 50lbs unassisted.

  • \u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to following safe work practices.
