Support Center - Irving

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager - 3P Marketplace to lead our team in driving revenue growth across multiple online channels.

• Optimize strategic campaigns across multiple external marketplace channels

• Provide detailed weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting on KPIs

• Drive marketplace growth with product catalog optimization

• Manage and develop 3P Marketplace Associate

• Lead cross-functional team relations for support and channel issue resolutions.

Minimum Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Minimum Education

• Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum Special Certifications or Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

Minimum Type of Experience the Job Requires

• 6+ years of 3P Marketplace experience
• 3+ years of experience managing a team
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Prior experience leading internal cross-functional teams.
• Must be able to prioritize and effectively manage in a fast-paced, growing environment

Other

• Results-oriented individual with a passion for driving revenue growth.

Preferred Special Certifications or Technical Skills

• Amazon and Walmart marketplace business reporting dashboards

Preferred Type of Experience the Job Requires

• Proven experience collaborating with marketplace account teams and channel optimization agencies.
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and adapt to evolving e-commerce landscapes.
• In-depth SEO knowledge of Amazon and Walmart
