Shutterfly is looking for a Manger of Performance Marketing: Video and Programmatic Media to bring your channel acumen and experience to test, innovate, and drive revenue for the Shutterfly brands.         
About the role:        
The Manager of Video and Programmatic Media role will be focused on managing the execution and strategy of Shutterfly Brands’ Display and Online Video programs.  The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on keyboard experience with industry leading DSP(s) and is familiar with the display and video landscape as it relates to e-commerce brands. This role will play a pivotal part in helping advance Shutterfly brand’s presence and overall strategic approach in Display and Online video through smart audience activations, optimization strategies and test and learn approaches.  This role will report directly into the Director of Display and Paid Social and work closely alongside a Display manager on strategic oversite and best practice deployment for mid and low funnel activations.         
Responsibilities:        
Act as a subject matter expert for Online Video and Display strategies, both programmatically and direct. This includes channels such as OLV (YouTube), Streaming Audio, Display & Native.  

      
  • Media management & execution:
    • Lead day-to-day execution management and optimization of OLV and Display programs across the Shutterfly portfolio of brands.
      • Executing on and assisting in defining objectives, tactics, and KPIs
      • Assist in audience segmentation, optimization approaches, and testing
      • DSP Algorithmic and manual bidding strategy and optimization (YouTube experience required)
      • Analysis, reporting, and insights- responsible for maintaining weekly reporting and drawing insights from the data
      • Work closely and collaborate with our creative teams to request creative deliverables and provide creative direction
      • Work cross-collaboratively with the Brand Team to align on quarterly objectives, goals and messaging strategy by product category
      • Traffick and QA campaigns and pixels 
      • Ad Verification Tool and Ad Server ownership
      • Management of budget/pacing documents, tracking across channels and actualizing on regular cadence
      • Maintain relationships with media vendors, keeping up to date on new products and changes to landscape. Holding regular status meetings with vendors.
      • Continuously reassess campaigns, pivot as needed based on learnings and performance.
      • Manage work independently with initial direction from manager
      • Manage billing process with multiple vendors 
Experience:       
    • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on keyboard experience, managing programmatic display platforms at an agency   
    • Proven track record of driving low funnel/e-commerce orientated results through video, audio, and/or programmatic channels.  
    • Sound conceptual and analytical problem-solving skills  
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Experience working cross functionally with creative and analytics teams.

  • Proficient in programmatic media tools: YouTube (required), Criteo, DSP management (required) Trade Desk and DV360 a bonus.
  • BS/BA required.
