Role Overview

Supporting our Campaign Managers and Digital Marketing Team, the role of the Marketing Executive (ME) will support the implementation of Client and Campaign marketing plans.

The ME will be responsible for the timely delivery of campaign and digital elements working in conjunction with the IQBlade Studio Manager and where necessary external agencies. These campaign elements would cover various social media platforms, PPC, SEO and content marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Campaign Managers and Digital Marketing teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for our clients in line with the Campaign plans developed and approved.
  • Working with and briefing our in-house creative team to develop engaging and powerful adverts, eBooks, Brochures, video ads, landing pages and microsites.
  • Supporting the delivery of effective social media paid campaigns by optimizing campaign criteria such as personas, demographics, sector and company targeting, and by analysing results on live campaigns and using findings to optimise targeting to achieve greater traction.
  • Managing numerous projects within set timelines and budget.
  • Supporting Campaign Managers to produce detailed campaign reporting and analysis.
  • Using platforms such as Marketo, Hubspot, Instapage and Hotjar ensure that teams are capitalizing through effective use of marcom platforms.

Essentials:

  • Experience working within a marketing role.
  • Experience working with designers and copywriters to produce marketing materials, including, ads, video and marketing eBooks.
  • Basic understanding of social media (Paid and Organic).
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Well-organised and ability to review marketing campaigns and reports metrics.
  • Ability to work effectively in multi-tasking, fast paced and pressured environment.
  • Ability to build collaborative working relationships across teams.
  • Ability to interact openly and directly with others.
  • Ability to manage suppliers and internal customers
  • Possess a high degree of creativity and initiative.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Desirable:

  • A passion to learn more about digital marketing.
  • Copy writing experience (emails / eBooks / press releases / blogs).
  • Platform Experience (HubSpot, Marketo, WordPress, Google Data Studio).
  • Experience of working in IT distribution environment, or Marketing Agency or similar would be an advantage.
  • SM Application set up and reporting LinkedIn Advertising / Facebook Ads Suite
  • Google Analytics / PPC / SEO
  • Experience of following marketing processes, and highlighting improvements.
  • Track record of learning and demonstrating new technologies.
