JOB PURPOSE:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our organization as an Oracle Business Leader. As the Oracle Business Leader, you will be responsible for driving and overseeing all aspects of our Oracle-related business activities. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of Oracle technologies and their application in business processes. The successful candidate will lead a team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and ensure the effective implementation of Oracle solutions to optimize business operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Oracle business strategy aligned with overall organizational goals.

  • Provide visionary leadership to the Oracle team and contribute to the company's long-term success.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Oracle applications.

  • Relationship and engagement with vendors and stakeholders to ensure TD SYNNEX is seen as the \u201CTrusted Advisor\u201D

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Oracle professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

  • Set clear goals and performance expectations for team members, conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and ensure the successful deployment of Oracle solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Demonstrates application of TD SYNNEX resources to clearly assist customer in meeting their strategic objectives.

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle projects within established timelines and budgets.

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Work closely with technical teams to design and implement scalable and effective Oracle solutions.

  • Ensure that Oracle solutions align with business objectives and adhere to industry best practices.

  • Manage the Oracle business budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and delivering projects within financial constraints.

  • Drive revenue growth through the identification of new business opportunities and the expansion of existing client relationships.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 4+ years of experience in the IT industry with channel and/or vendor at a business development level, ideally from a sales or product marketing background

  • Strong orientation towards and experience in services and solution selling

  • Strategic planning and business case development

  • Experience of working within a matrix structure

  • Proven ability to self-manage in an external environment

  • Business planning experience with strong operational cadence
