Job Description

Arconic is currently in search of Resourcing / Talent Business Partner to join our HR Team in Kitts Green, Birmingham. This is an office-based role working Monday to Friday on site

Compensation Details
  • Salary range £40,000-£45,000 depending on experience
  • 25 holiday entitlement per year plus bank holiday
  • Company Sick Pay scheme dependent of length of service; Up to 52 weeks pay after 10 years.

The nature of the role is primarily focused on recruitment, resource and succession planning. There is also the opportunity to undertake HR activities outside of recruitment as well as supporting department and site projects.

Duties include:

  • Resource planning
  • Support site succession planning and talent reviews
  • Manage the recruitment process
  • Careers fair
  • Community and University liaison
  • Manage the work experience and intern programme
  • Maintain HR software and T&A systems
  • Produce HR metrics
  • Communications for site
  • Administrative tasks
Requirements
  • 5 years' experience in Recruitment
  • GCSE English & Maths or equivalent
  • Strong IT skills; Word, Excel and SharePoint
  • Able to gather and analyse information and critically examine for accuracy and quality
  • Confidential and trustworthy and understands the importance of handling sensitive data
  • Effective communicator with people at all levels inside and outside the company
  • Able to build strong relationships
  • Organised and methodical with high attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • HR experience
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent degree
