Job Purpose:

As a Senior Developer here at TD SYNNEX, your role is pivotal in leveraging advanced expertise and diverse programming language knowledge to develop and maintain programs and applications. You will continuously enhance your skill set and certifications, while learning new programming languages and methodologies. Your responsibilities will span from analyzing requirements to designing, building, testing, implementing, and supporting corrections or enhancements. This role requires developing integrated solutions aligned with business units, utilizing robust computing architectures in multi-tier environments. Additionally, as a Senior Developer, you will provide recommendations to Senior Leadership based on your broad understanding of landscapes and architectures.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements across multiple domains.
• Coordinate change control and production verification processes, ensuring documentation preparation.
• Ensure adherence to corporate standards in programming/configuration and address integration issues.
• Develop business applications in compliance with architectural standards, methodologies, and practices.
• Prepare test plans and conduct regression and integration testing across applications.
• Foster business relationships and integrate activities with customers and partners to ensure successful project implementation and support.
• Translate requirements into appropriate system designs, creating impact and detailed design documents.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly and effectively, collaborating with team members on solutions and recommendations.
• Participate in incident retrospectives to document resolutions and identify future mitigations.
• Define application scope and objectives, devising and modifying procedures to solve business problems.
• Monitor and report project status, anticipating and addressing issues hindering project goals.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• 5 \u00A0years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or relevant field; or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Java and/or JavaScript (React) with advanced knowledge and multiple years of programming experience.
• Strong mathematical and programming skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency in communication.
• Effective interaction with all levels of management.
• Excellent multicultural interpersonal skills.
• Adherence to social, ethical, and organizational standards in business activities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Capacity to build effective working relationships with others.
• Location: Porto Oceanus, Portugal
• Language required: English (high level)
