The preferred location for this role is the Minneapolis Metro area, however, we will consider top candidates in remote locations.

What You’ll Do Here:

  • Manage the campaign launch process, ensuring cohesive influencer brand messaging, checking product availability, placing orders, managing shipments, resolving order issues, and reviewing live content post-campaigns and giftings. 
  • Oversee the casting, vetting, and monitoring of micro-influencers to ensure alignment with brand values and campaign objectives. 
  • Stay abreast of the ever-changing influencer marketing landscape, including emerging social media platforms, tools, and new functionalities.
  • Plan and create engaging content for social media platforms, collaborating with the Influencer Senior Manager to identify suitable creators and overseeing the collaboration process from scope of work to content delivery. 
  • Maintain strong relationships with influencers to enhance brand partnerships, track performance metrics to optimize content strategy and influencer collaborations and develop recaps to report on performance metrics and derive actionable insights. 
  • Expand Shutterfly’s Brand Ambassador Program by selecting ambassadors who meet reach KPI expectations and exploring opportunities to enhance the program's scope and impact. 
  • Track performance metrics against established KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of influencer campaigns, optimizing strategies for maximum impact and ROI
  • Oversee financial process from start to finish, including processing invoices and PO’s. 
  • Coordinate meetings, assist in the preparation of onboarding presentation materials, manage administrative duties related to marketing, including organizing files, maintaining databases, and tracking expenses. 
  • Provide logistical support for celebrity giftings, events, and other activations, including preparing materials, and managing event schedules, support travel needs for the leadership team, as appropriate. 
 The Skills You’ll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 
  • 5-8 years of experience in influencer marketing, content creation, or related roles. 
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand promotion.
