We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled designer with a passion for and track record of creating exceptional user experiences. In this role, you will work across all products within an organization, and collaborate closely with business owners to share the future of our product offerings. You will be responsible for designing and leading the execution of high-quality, user-centered design solutions that balance business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the design strategy for growth initiatives, focusing on user acquisition, activation, and retention through data-driven experimentation

  • Comfortable observing and experimenting with customer behavior to scale improvements

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to identify opportunities and define design goals aligned with business objectives

  • Partner closely with user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions, ensuring a user-centric approach in all experiments

  • Create high-fidelity design deliverables, including wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, to communicate design intent and functionality effectively

  • Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, user testing, and performance metrics to continuously improve and optimize user experiences

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging design patterns, and UX best practices to infuse innovative and cutting-edge solutions into our products

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and a seamless transition from acquisition channels to the product experience

  • Collaborate with business owners to understand business objectives, identity opportunities, and create effective design solutions that drive business results

  • Partner closely with product and engineering teams to drive innovation and push the boundaries of what’s possible

  • Mentor and provide guidance to other designers on the team

  • Influence stakeholders and build strong relationships across the organization
     

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in user centered experience design

  • A portfolio of work that demonstrates your expertise in designing impactful experiences

  • A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across an organization

  • Experience leading design projects across teams within an organization.

  • A passion for mentoring and coaching other designers

  • A track record of delivering high-quality, innovative design solutions that user’s loveProficiency with design tools such as Figma, Origami, Webflow, and Adobe Creative Suite

The compensation for this position ranges from $160,965.00 - $349,885.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
