Job Overview 
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance professional to join our team. As a Senior Director of Finance – Shutterfly Operations, you will play a critical role in overseeing financial operations within our manufacturing facility. You will directly report to the CFO and will closely collaborate with our Chief Operating Officer. Your primary responsibilities will encompass financial analysis, cost control, budgeting and, operational support to ensure efficient and profitable operations of our manufacturing activities. 
Key Responsibilities: 
1. Financial Analysis: 
   - Analyze financial data to provide insights into cost structures, profitability, and key performance indicators. 
   - Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 
   - Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies to optimize performance and industrial footprint  
2. Cost Control: 
   - Monitor and control manufacturing costs, including materials, labor, and overhead. 
   - Develop and implement Standard Cost per SKU level  
   - Identify and track cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce expenses without compromising quality. 
   - Manage, track and drive capital expenditures  
3. Budgeting and Forecasting: 
   - Collaborate with various departments to develop annual budgets and forecasts. 
   - Track actual performance against budgets and provide explanations for variances. 
4. Operational Support: 
   - Work closely with the operations team to support and ensure efficient production processes. 
   - Provide financial guidance to optimize production schedules and resource allocation. 
5. Inventory Management: 
   - Oversee financial inventory control 
   - Ensure accurate and timely reporting of inventory levels and costs. 
6. Compliance and Auditing: 
   - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. 
   - Assist with internal and external audits as needed. 
Key Attributes and Competencies: 
Leadership: 
            Ability to manage and lead a team of finance professionals. 
Foster a collaborative and high performing department that is agile and able to move quickly. 
Relationship Management: 
Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, auditors and consultants. 
Systems Qualifications: 
SAP experience a plus 
           Strong analytical skills
