As a Recruiter, you are creative and driven, with an interpersonal savvy that allows you to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. You're also comfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient. 

From generating a pipeline to maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate, you manage the entire candidate process. By leveraging your knowledge of our client's hiring needs and search requirements, you effectively match candidates with the roles in which they will be most successful. 

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit talent for technical roles, Sales/Marketing and G&A positions.

  • Manage and implement end-to-end recruiting process including hiring needs management, candidate sourcing/screening, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process, offer, and onboarding.

  • Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process. 

  • Work with internal teams to plan and conduct new hire orientation.

  • Continuing to build the talent brand and pipeline. Plan and execute campus and recruiting events.

  • Intern program planning and executions.

  • Manage Contingent Worker Programs and service vendors.

  • Ad-hoc project supports. 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in talent acquisition or similar field.

  • Proven experience in hiring directly sourced experienced and intern candidates.

  • Proven experience managing full-process technical recruiting.

  • Experience in sourcing diverse candidates.

  • Experience liaising with candidates and consulting compensation packages.

  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to take initiative, influence, and build productive relationships.

  • Proficiency in Mandarin (Chinese) is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in e-commerce or tech companies.

  • Experience and high proficiency with the Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and HRIS software.

  • Fluency in English is highly desirable.
