Job Description

Coordinates the program and maintains high-level relationships with Vendor Directors and Executives focused on the development of their Security technology. Demonstrates strong business and financial acumen, leadership skills, and effective communication and influencing abilities. Identifies opportunities to deliver appropriately focused market/brand solutions information, resulting in increased market share and significant value to TD SYNNEX. Supports top tier customers and pipeline management, to achieve the identified strategy and business financial objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Vendor leaders, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying new partnership opportunities with top clients.
  • Proactively seek out and explore potential partnership opportunities, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Track and manage the vendor pipeline in LATAM, including identifying and qualifying leads, and moving top opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Responsible for the execution of the strategic Vendor growth plans and business relationships in assigned account(s) by providing value added solutions.
  • Strong business & financial acumen, leadership skills, communication/ influencing abilities.
  • Coordinate with LATAM internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and accurate reporting on vendor-related activities.
  • Performs analysis and reports results of various program impact for identified customer(s) notifying the AM of success, issues and future growth plan strategies in LATAM region.
  • Knowledge of Security solutions and/or offerings for assigned customers and/or territory in LATAM.
  • Colaborates in the creation of opportunity demand for products, coordinating the supporting seminars, training and resource awareness to assigned customers that drives growth plan success in the targeted accounts.
  • Maintains and drives trending knowledge of products, competitors, technology and customers in the assigned supplier product market.
  • Deep understanding of customer's vendor go-to market strategy, markets served and positions TD SYNNEX to assist in growing business in adjacent vendor markets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify potential areas for growth.
  • Assist in per development, training, & coaching; lead on complex issues
  • Attend industry specific business trainings from vendors.
  • May be a liaison between customer and vendor selling teams.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • >4 to 8 Years of relevant work experience as BDM, Account Manager, Vendor Manager, or Product Manager,
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Commercial Business or similar.
  • Sales experience & business relationship abilities with Vendors & clients.
  • Leadership skills, proactive execution, share initiatives and request clarification when needed.
  • Able to interact effectively with higher levels of management (managers & above).
  • Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively.
  • English Fluent (Advanced).
  • Commercial experience with Security technologies (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, F5, Cisco or similar).
  • Able to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
  • Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Able to create and conduct formal & executive presentations.
  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
  • Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.
  • Able to effectively multi-task.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Able to collaborate and build solid, effective working relationships with others.
