JOB Specifications:

1. PO Processing, order fulfilment and coordination

a. Purchase Order processing

b. Shipment (Inbound or Local) handling and coordination

c. Document handling and order checking

2. Vendor Report Submission

3. Item master maintenance

a. Item classification

b. Price book setup, both base price and catalogue price.

c. landed cost setting

4. Vendor Contract (VC) creation

5. Vendor Program updates

6. Cost Adjustment submission

7. Lot Transfer & Item Packaging

8. Vendor Return Processing

a. Return shipment to Vendor (outbound/export and Local)

b. Credit note follow up

9. Prepare and Review Activities Report

10. Others and/or related matter

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Candidate must possess minimum a Diploma in related field or minimum of 1 year working experience
• Proficient in English and able to communicate at all levels
• Computer literate, proficient in MS Excel
• Team player, diligent and willing to learn
• Good and positive attitude, patience and well-organize
