Arconic is currently in search of a Water Treatment Operator to join our BCS Team in Springdale, AR.

Primary Responsibilities 

• Perform anodize and paint process tank chemistry titrations, as required to maintain production requirements;
• Perform treatment of anodize and paint waste streams through water treatment as required to meet state, local, federal, and Arconic discharge requirements;
• Process paint/anodize waste sludge as required to meet state, local, federal, and Alcoa discharge requirements;
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Must be able to tolerate hot work environment;
• Good written and verbal communication skills regarding technical components of chemical and mechanical parts of the operation;
• Capable of mobile equipment operation.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to regularly lift 40+ lbs, bend, stoop, and squat
