Fauquier HealthThe Registered Nurse provides and directs clinically appropriate patient care to an individual or group of patients in accordance with the philosophy and mission of the Department of Nursing, the organization, and the scope and standards set forth by the American Nurses Association (ANA).
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required within three years of hire. Minimum of 1 year ofexperience as a Registered Nurse, except for specialized new graduateprogram(s). Current Virginia State RN License. Current BLS, ACLS,and PALS. Nursing specialty certification within 12 months of hire (allRNs) or as eligible. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and theability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in astressful environment and take appropriate action.
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree. 2 years ofnursing experience.
