CISCO Sales Specialist

TD SYNNEX San Giuliano Milanese, Lombardia (Onsite) Full-Time

ABOUT THE ROLE:  

We are looking for an Internal sales/Sales Specialist in the CISCO Business Unit. The person will be responsible for CISCO portfolio, providing, selling and negotiating product information, pricing, special offers and promotions and closing orders.

The person we are looking for is able to sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value proposition and able to develop partner relationship (incl. account planning, cross-selling etc.) WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Build Excellent customer and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge under a clear managerial direction.

  • Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers, having conversations about our solutions, and identifying opportunities.

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets and attainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) such as customer engagement.

  • Engages in active inside selling by gathering relevant internal and external customer information.

  • Management of end-to-end projects or hands over to presales for technical requirements

  • Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains service levels agreements with customers.

  • Drives sales of specific products/ vendors if specific knowledge is required.

  • Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX’s CRM system and ensure active closure of opportunities.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 3+ years of experience with CISCO portfolio

  • Numerate with good attention to detail

  • Excellent telephone manner Effective Communication Skills

  • Priority management and planning skills

  • Good relationship building
