Senior Commercial Transformation Manager

Performance Solutions OSE Lead for Monroe Ride Solution North America BU

The Commercial Transformation Lead plays a crucial role in driving change and growth within Tenneco. As part of the Performance OSE Team, the Commercial Transformation Lead will report to the Global Commercial Monroe Ride Solutions Commercial Lead, dotted line to the PS OSE Executive Director, and collaborate closely with North America Monroe Ride Solutions Business Unit team and McKinsey consulting company. This role is essential in shaping the future of the company and ensuring its continued success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Commercial transformation strategy and initiatives within MRS North America
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and develop transformation plans to drive organizational change
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Analyze current business profitability, processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions for optimization
  • Monitor and measure the progress and impact of transformation initiatives, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate risks and obstacles that may impede the success of transformation initiatives
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members involved in transformation projects
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business transformation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5 years of experience in commercial and business transformation or related roles
  • Strong knowledge of Automotive sector
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing business transformation initiatives
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify and address complex business challenges
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders
  • Continuous learning mindset, with a passion for staying updated with industry trends and best practices

Your role as the PS OSE Commercial Lead for MRS Business Unit at Tenneco will be instrumental in driving the growth, development, and achievement of strategic objectives.
