Creates a sense of caring atmosphere as the initial contact for most patients. Responsible for the daily operations of the admissions department. Assists the FPSD and monitors work load and hours of staff as needed to meet the flow of admissions.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education
High school graduate or GED preferred.
Required Skills
Must possess high quality, positive interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate effectively both over the phone and in person.
Ability to perform math calculations accurately including percentage rates, discounts, and payments.
Accurate typing skills and basic experience with computers.
Minimum Work Experience
Previous experience with accounting, billing, and collecting is highly desirable.
