Job Description
Maria Parham HealthMaria Parham Franklin Behavioral Health in Louisburg, NC has an opening for a RN in our Adult unit.
The Behavioral Health RN will:
- Plan for 24hr care by assessing, monitoring, and documenting level of functioning, health status, mental status, medical history, medication compliance and treatment needs.
- Interpret and carry out physician orders.
- Responsible for accurate documentation and maintaining complete records.
- Accept responsibility for updating and increasing skills and knowledge through training and continuing education.
- Supervise and evaluates assigned staff and directs work assignments.
- Assists in orientation of new employees.
Job Requirements
Required Education:
- Completionof a Nursing Diploma Program or Associates’ degree in nursing is required.
Bachelor’s in Nursing ispreferred.
Required License/Certification:
- ValidNC or multistate RN License
- BLS
Hospital approved Behavioral ManagementProgram will be provided.
