Intrado’s Human Resources Department is looking for an Associate HR Specialist to add to our team in Omaha!

Job Requirements

Key areas of responsibility:
  • Serve as main point of contact for support and maintenance of the ATS recruiting system (Taleo) including researching and resolving escalated ATS-related issues from the Talent Acquisition team as they relate to the onboarding of candidates and new hires
  • Ensure data integrity in the ATS by holding team members and peers accountable while adhering to departmental policies and procedures related to the onboarding process.
  • Generate reports and metrics of Talent Acquisition related data to share with leadership teams, recruiters, HRBPs and other internal stakeholders using reporting tools related to the onboarding process.
  • Manage all new hire onboarding processes and vendors to ensure consistent, positive Day-1 experience
  • Establish vendor relationships to ensure the acquisition and implementation of appropriate programs and products fully support the HR strategy and initiatives
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of assigned staff in providing quality HR services
  • Oversee the completion of all activities necessary to produce accurate pre-hire to post-term services
  • Review internal controls for consistency and to ensure controls are being followed by subordinate staff
  • Completes performance audits and performance evaluations for subordinate staff
 Applicants for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications:
  • High school education required
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in Human Resources, Accounting or Business preferred. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.
  • Minimum of six months’ experience in Human Resources or a similar environment, preferably in a multi-site company/location environment
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
  • Experience with Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) and/or Applicant Tracking Systems preferred, e.g. Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM), Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Taleo.
 Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
•         Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required
