Intrado’s Human Resources Department is looking for an Associate HRIS Analyst to add to our team in Omaha!

Job Requirements


 
Key areas of responsibility:
 
  • Assisting with on-going system support, which may include table maintenance, security access, additional training, or implementation of system upgrades or enhancements
  • Assisting and developing a basic understanding of auditing processes and procedures when comparing Enterprise HRIS systems against records in other company systems
  • Learning the intricacies and impact connection between Enterprise HRIS data and that of other company systems
Applicants for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications: 


Education
 
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.
 
Experience
 
  • Minimum of one years of Human Resources (HR), Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), or Human Resource Information System (HRIS) experience required, which may include report writing and HRMS/HRIS analytical/system access experience
  • Minimum one year experience with a medium to large corporation with multiple global locations preferred
 
 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
•         Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required
