We want you on out team...Clark Regional Medical Center is located in Winchester, an 18 minute drive from Lexington, KY.  We are searching for a Call Center Scheduler, full time, days to answer multiple incoming telephone lines; obtain necessary information and transfer calls to correct individual extensions; provide information to callers as appropriate and do so in a timely and accurate manner.

Essential functions include, but are not limited to:

  • Adheres to policies and procedures set for in the Revenue Cycle Guidelines
  • Answer incoming telephone calls following the best practice of AIDET; customer service as first point of contact
  • Route incoming calls to appropriate clinic departments/extension
  • Other related duties within the designated scope of practice
  • Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action

Job Requirements

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required
