Job Description
Maria Parham HealthProvides computed tomography imaging in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
The CAT Scan Tech will educate patients regarding procedures, equipment and exam to ensure patient's understanding and cooperation. Monitors patient condition continually and reports/responds to changes in status as appropriate.
The CAT Scan Tech PRN position requires a flexible schedule.
Technologist will work in X-ray and CT. Some shifts may be covering general X-ray only.
Job Requirements
Minimum Education
High School diploma or equivalent is required
Graduate of a certified school of Radiologic Technology
Required Sills
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) received through the American Heart Association (AHA). ARRT registered in Radiology including Computed Tomography (CT) certification
Minimum Work Experience
CAT scan experience preferred
