Job Description
UP Health System - MarquettePerforms data collection, verification and transmission on patient abstracts.
Retrieves charts from Health Information Management Department using the established records departmentprocedures.
Coordinates all aspects of the patient survey to include distribution, data entry, report generation andsubmission.

Accurately transmits data and generates reports/graphs in accordance with the procedures in a timelymanner.
Maintains strict confidentiality of patient, employee and department data.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent □Preferred X RequiredX
Graduated from LPN program X Preferred □ RequiredX
Associate's degree X Preferred □ Required
