The construction coordinator is responsible as a working supervisor for supervising the operational personnel of construction and renovation projects to include hospital maintenance staff and contractors. The construction supervisor works closely with the Facilities Services Department Project Engineer.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education
High School Diploma or equivalent; Successful completion of two year tradeschool certificate program in maintenance, or one or more of the skilled tradespreferred

Must have and maintain current valid driver’s license.

Minimum WorkExperience
Minimum ten (10) years working experience in all facets of maintenance in ahospital or equivalent setting to include bed repairs, plumbing, electrical,HVAC, carpentry, finishing, locksmithing, fire protection equipment, and powerplant operations. Work may be substituted for the trade school certificate.
