Operates magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and CT equipment to produce images of internal organs for use by physicians in the diagnosis of disease. Provides service to patients throughout the life span, including newborns, children, adolescents, adults and geriatrics.
Minimum Education: Graduate of an AMA approved Radiology Technology program.
Minimum Experience: Greater than three (3) years experience in
Radiography, Operating Room or one year experience in CT or MRI.
Ability to work in as a radiographer as needed.
Certification/Licensure: Must be registered as a Radiologic Technologist by
the ARRT and licensed by the state of New Mexico as a Registered
Radiologic Technologist. CT or MRI certification is preferred.
CPR certification required.
