The Customer Service Associate is often the first point of contact for our patients and their family. Individuals with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of patient confidentiality should consider this opportunity. Responsibilities include providing superior customer service through scheduling, patient registration, and telephone. The Customer Service Associate will interview incoming patients and/or their representatives, recording pertinent identifying information and providing directions to access services.

Job Requirements

High SchoolDiploma or equivalent.
 Minimum of sixmonths previous experience in the healthcare field, required.
 Registrationand admissions experience, preferred.
 Knowledge ofswitchboard system and procedures, preferred.
 Excellentcustomer service attitude and interpersonal skills.
 Basic medicalterminology understanding.
