LifePoint Health- Health Support Center

LifePoint Health’s Director of Community Impact will partner with LifePoint leadership and key internal and external stakeholders to design, implement and lead the execution of a multi-faceted community impact/social responsibility strategy. This position will be responsible for all current platforms related to community impact/social responsibility, including but not limited to The LifePoint Community Foundation, LifeCare Disaster Recovery Fund, the LifePoint Disaster Relief Fund, and the HSC Social Responsibility Committee. This position also will be a contributor to the organization’s ESG strategy, partnering with the Legal Department.

Lead the company's social responsibility/community impact efforts including corporate giving, the LifePoint Community Foundation, LifeCare Disaster Recovery Fund, LifePoint Disaster Relief Fund, and associated governance and stewardship structures

Develop short- and long-term objectives and implement LifePoint’s social responsibility strategy in Middle Tennessee, our markets and nationally/internationally

Manage corporate giving budget for social responsibility

Partner closely with HR, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Marketing, Communications, Government Relations and other departments as appropriate

Maintain awareness of industry-wide best practices and developments in CSR and appropriately provide leadership on internal changes as necessary

Build and manage relationships with external organizations and develop strategy for LifePoint leadership board engagement

Quantify impact and value to the business and develop ongoing tracking and reporting mechanisms, including overseeing the implementation of technology platform(s)

Manage process for evaluating corporate giving requests

Develop, Implement, and manage a company match program for employees

Manage employee volunteerism program for 600+ HSC employees

Regular and reliable attendance.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Mathematical Skills

Business Mathematical Skills -- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.

Computer Skills

Moderate Computers Skills -- Frequent use of electronic mail, word processing, data entry, spreadsheets, graphics, etc. Ability to create, maintain and incorporate simple functions into documents, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations to support business objectives.
