Job Description
St Francis HospitalThe Director of Physician Revenue Cycle is responsible for improvement and maintenance of the physician practice revenue cycle and other operational activities that support the overall objectives of Physician Services as it relates to Revenue Cycle Operations. Employee will strive to continuously streamline operations, improve workflows and processes, and ensure that centralized business offices (CBO’s) are fully operational and following Revenue Cycle Guidelines. The Director drives the adoption of best practices to ensure St. Francis leads the industry in its collection of net revenues.
Job Requirements
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree -Required
Graduate of a Program in Business- Preferred
Minimum Work Experience
Five (5) years of experience managing physician revenue cycle
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
