Job Description
Maria Parham HealthThe Cardiovascular Ultrasound Tech performs the daily clinical operations and a wide variety of technical procedures (e.g. adult and pediatric echo, stress echo, contract imaging, agitated saline studies, vascular ultrasound and Holter analysis). Enters exam data into CPACs system, ensures completeness of exam and prepares exam for interpretation. Adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on the level of patient contact this position requires
Job Requirements
Current certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS) in or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCR) or certification within in one year of hire date.
Successful completion of a CAAHEP approved school ultrasound or cardiovascular technology or equivalent experience
Current CPR certification
