Job Description
HighPoint - Sumner Regional Medical CenterResponds to calls for emergency medical services and provides patient care as directed and/or determined necessary.
Reports to: Director Emergency Services
Job Requirements
Minimum EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent - Required
Required Skill
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Certifications:
BLS certification from approved American Heart Association training center required to be current upon hire.
Required Skills
Licenses: State of Tennessee EMT/EMT IV - Required Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT) licensure - Preferred
Minimum Work Experience
Experience in emergency services related field - Preferred.
