Front Office Representative assumes responsibility for the efficient,
productive, and professional operation of the front office which includes
telephone and patient reception, scheduling of patients, collecting
patient demographic and insurance information, maintaining non-clinical
supplies and receiving/documenting patient payments.
Front Office RepresMinimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum Experience: One year experience working in a medical/business
office setting. Knowledge of insurance rules and regulations, medical
terminology, computer scheduling systems, and bilingual
(English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
