Identifies, attracts, and maintains close ties with targeted Asian guests through personal contact, by phone and in person.

Greets and hosts guests as they visit the casino, at social events and special promotions.
Anticipates guests' needs and quickly responds to requests to arrange transportation, accommodations, and reservations.
Effectively uses telemarketing, mail and other marketing techniques to increase visitation patterns among target customers.
Handles situations in a calm, professional and prudent manner.
Fully complies with, and makes all decisions based on, applicable rules, regulations, laws, and policies, and conducts themselves with the highest levels of integrity and honesty.

Job Requirements

High school diploma (or equivalent) required
Minimum 3 years in Casino Marketing (preferred) or Hospitality
Must be able to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, in English
Must be bilingual in Cantonese, Mandarin or Vietnamese
Proven record of personally driving business results and delivering excellent customer service
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Able to respond to visual and aural cues
Able to tolerate a work environment where smoking is permitted
Able to quickly maneuver to all areas of the property; bend, crouch, kneel, twist
