About the role:

We are seeking a Junior Internal Security Sales Associate who is eager to learn and develop in the field of IT security sales. This individual will primarily focus on working with Palo Alto and potentially other vendors in the future, covering the SEE (South Eastern Europe) Region.

What you'll do:

\u00A0

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors, gaining specialized product knowledge.

  • Assist in outbound calls and collaboration efforts, under supervision.

  • Support the development of relationships with key contacts, both internally and externally.

  • Participate in inside selling activities, gathering customer information for strategic purposes.

  • Assist in managing customer backorders and projects.

  • Provide product information, assist in pricing negotiations, and support service level agreements.

  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers on project opportunities.

  • Support sales efforts for specific products/vendors with guidance.

  • Ensure accurate maintenance of CRM and customer information.

What we're kindly looking for:

  • Strong numerical skills with attention to detail.

  • Good telephone manner and communication skills.

  • Basic understanding of sales processes and strategies.

  • Familiarity with IT systems for quotation, order entry, and CRM is a plus.

  • Some knowledge of the IT industry is desirable.

  • Detail-oriented.

  • Proficiency in English.
