CEVA Freight LLC seeks Manager, HR Systems & Data Analytics for its Houston, TX office. 

Design, develop, implement and manage the company’s HR (Human Resources) systems and databases.  Ensure the company's HR System has the required automation and improved efficiencies in the HR/Technology function. Merge legacy databases into updated/modern ones and oversee testing of all updates to improve efficiency. Establish policies and procedures for administering the HR system environment and permissions and vendor management, based on outsourced relationship with Ceridian. Ensure and maintain data security and integrity (through backups and redundancy) and efficiency of all HR systems. Oversee system controls and processes to meet all internal and external audit requirements, especially for data security and back-up/integrity.  Troubleshoot, recommend, and resolve software and hardware issues to ensure user needs are met. Manage all technical activities pertinent to the preparation, publication and support of the HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) strategic plan. Develop, write, and maintain HRIS procedures manual for standard reports and processes. Lead HRIS related special projects and work with management team in assessing new HR software applications to ensure user needs are met. Supervise Analyst to analyze and audit data and tables to ensure all feeds from the HR system are completed efficiently and without error/data loss, and within the established deadlines. PRIMARY JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related. Must have 48 months of experience in an occupation related to Business Systems Analysis. Experience must include 48 months in/with the following: As-is Business Process; ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Software such as PeopleSoft, Oracle, and Kronos Systems; Fit-Gap Analysis; UAT (User Acceptance Testing); SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle); and HCM (Human Capital Management) Systems and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems). ALTERNATIVE JOB REQUIREMENTS: In lieu of the Bachelor's degree and 48 months of experience in an occupation related to Business Systems Analysis, employer will accept 72 months of experience in an occupation related to Business Systems Analysis.  The 72 months of experience must include the following: As-is Business Process; ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Software such as PeopleSoft, Oracle, and Kronos Systems; Fit-Gap Analysis; UAT (User Acceptance Testing); SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle); and HCM (Human Capital Management) Systems and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
