The Human Resources Manager provides strategic direction and leadership to the company as part of the Leadership Team. The position supervises Human Resources. The position has oversight of human resources including talent recruitment and hiring, competency and performance evaluation development, compensation and benefits analysis and management, payroll and educational development. Works closely with Market HRD and all leaders and employees to create an engaged workforce and promote a high performance culture focused on quality of health services.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education Required:

High School Diploma

Preferred Education:

Bachelors Degree

Minimum Work Experience:

5-7 years in Human Resources, employee relations, employment and recruitment, compliance, educational development, payroll, workers compensation

Preferred Work Experience:

5 -7 years in Human Resources with 2 - 3 years in a hospital or health care setting
