The Member Experience Manager reports to the General Manager and is a Club-based position with the following key responsibilities:
  • Deliver and exemplify ClubCorp’s Purpose and Mission Statements
  • Interact with Members and Guests professionally
  • Work with club leadership team to design and implement the Club’s lifestyle programming
  • Lead the club’s membership retention efforts through programming, onboarding and ARMI analytics dashboard
  • Work with the Food & Beverage department to create, maintain function sheets and event files for each Member events
  • Coordinate, draft and design Member communications
  • Partner with the Membership Director on New Member Orientations, New Member Welcome Receptions and New Member Connect (retention)
Job Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree preferred (communications, journalism, marketing, public relations or hospitality management)
  • Prior experience in sales, relationship management, customer service, membership associations and/or fundraising
  • Prior experience in leading a team or multiple projects to successful outcomes preferred
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage, event planning and social etiquette
  • High energy, outgoing personality
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong technical literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and POS
  • Strong Social Media skills (Facebook, Twitter, Hoot suite, etc.) plus website knowledge
  • Diplomatic team player able to foster relationships with Members, employee partners & guests
