Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work independently on site at customer headquarters office
  • Build and maintain relationships with customer and key personnel within client organization
  • Liaison for corporate and field organization to ensure customer needs are fulfilled effectively
  • Work with customer to resolve internal operational needs with EDI, inventory management and other customer system related issues
  • Attend regular meetings at customer headquarter office
  • Understand terms of customer agreements and ensure compliance
  • Create and distribute reports as required
  • Adopt Best Practices and support development of standard operation procedures
  • Propose solutions to senior management to improve service, process and/or savings opportunities
  • Support development of and participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with customer
  • Develop, oversee and report on special projects
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with customer KPI’s and Metrics
  • Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by customer
  • Monitor company performance against customer service level agreements and flag potential issues
  • Travel to customer sites as required to implement/manager customer SOP’s
  • Perform other job-related duties as required


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-7 years of customer-facing experience in a B2B environment
  • Experience in the Transportation industry preferred
  • Excellent customer service and follow-up skills
  • Able to work independently in a corporate environment
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude
  • Adaptable and proactive
  • Superior problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
