Job Description
Watertown Regional Medical CenterThe Optometric Technician is a customer and patient service oriented team player who is responsible for supporting the clinic by providing a variety of services for preparing and maintaining patient records, preparing patients for physician, other provider or nurse, interacting maintaining optimal patient flow and assists with patient care as directed.
Job Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Optometric / Ophthalmic program graduation, OR 2 years of experience performing Optometric / Ophthalmic Tech duties in a doctor’s office.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge and ability to provide assistance or care appropriate for the ages and developmental needs of the patients served
